Camy Blincoe, M.A., CCC-SLP,is a Speech-Language Pathologist who received her BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from Wichita State University. She has five years of experience working with children of all ages in the public school setting and the private, clinical setting. While working for DeKalb County Schools from 2013-2017, she started working part-time in the private clinical setting in 2016, and gradually transitioned to working full-time in the private, clinical setting in the Fall of 2017. Throughout her time working in the public schools and private clinical setting, Camy evaluated and treated children with a wide range special needs, including Apraxia of Speech, Orofacial Myology, Articulation disorders, Phonological disorders, Receptive and Expressive Language Impairments and Delays, and Stuttering/Fluency Disorders. She has worked with children with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, learning disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, mild and moderate intellectual disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disorders. Other relevant experience includes: PROMPT, SOS Approach for Problem Feeders and Picky Eaters, Lindamood Bell Visualizing & Verbalizing, Orofacial Myology, AAC, and SCERTS (Social Communication Emotional Regulation Transactional Support).
